We are a small team working on one of software's harder problems: making decades-old mainframe systems understandable to the people who depend on them. We do it with AI that respects the reality of the code and the responsibility of the people running it.

We do not always have a named role open. We are always open to people who would raise the bar.

• A refusal to accept the status quo. You do not believe the current way of doing things is the best way, and you have the patience to prove it.
• Craft. You care about the quality of what you ship, even when nobody is watching.
• Creativity. You combine ideas in unexpected ways. You design systems that look obvious only after you have built them.

• Deep code analysis: compilers, grammars, ASTs, program representations, knowledge graphs.
• Backend and platform engineering with C#, TypeScript, or Python on cloud-native architectures.
• Mainframe systems and modernization: COBOL, PL/I, and the realities of risk-sensitive environments.
